Position: Lab Scientist
We’re looking for a Lab Scientist to boost our media’s efficacy and advance lab analysis protocols that power real-world impact.
Your Responsibilities:
Optimize & standardize analysis protocols for water samples
Lead R&D on filter media composition & geometry; design/run verification tests
Collaborate with our research team & external partners to collect, manage, and analyze data
Co-author technical reports & publications with collaborators
Join client meetings to provide clear, technical support
Build a data collection & sharing framework to align methods across the field
Hard Requirements:
An advanced degree (Ph.D) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Polymer Chemistry, Material Science, or Environmental Engineering
5+ years working in a wet lab
Excellent communication skills, with English language speaking, writing, and presentation skills being a must.
Prior work experience in a research-track position, 2 recommendation letters required
Work on-site in our lab in New Brunswick, NJ (car ownership highly recommended )
Have work authorization to work in the USA
