Yidian Liu, Co-Founder and COO of PolyGone Systems, has been recently recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the honorees on the 2026 Female Founders 500 list.

The Inc. Female Founders 500 celebrates outstanding women entrepreneurs shaping the future of business. Yidian was recognized for leading PolyGone Systems, a Princeton University cleantech spinout that develops proprietary filtration technology to remove microplastics from industrial and municipal water systems. The company has completed a successful pilot with Atlantic County Utilities Authority (ACUA), achieving removal efficiency of up to 98%.
